I don't know what is the size limit at dailymotion, but we have a partnership  :

and I'll find more info)

Anyway, I suggest to split videos which are too long : easyest to upload, and if
you don't look the entire video in one shot, then you don't have to wait for the
40 first minutes to download to watch the last 20.
It is then easy to have a 'playlist' et voilà.
