BUGS: pg_restore custom archiver out of memory

Below is the result of restoring specific tables from backup made by pgadmin
using postgresql 8.1.4 for windows
Note: Same result also applies to linux distribution of postgresql 8.1.4

Backup DB size: 366,233,780
DB Size: more than 2 gigabytes
