Hello ,

  Can anybody explain me the line in change.log of Postresql 7.2

  "Allow LOCALE to use indexes in regular expression searches (Tom)"

  ???

  I am look finding : Can I use btree indexes in searches like this
  ~ '^anything'?
  At the same time I want to use LOCALE.

  ???
