Does this file exist on the host in question?
Does the postgres user have permission to access it?
Is there anything else (e.g. selinux) that could interfere with access
to it?
What is different between your installations of 7.4, 8.1, 8.2 on host
172.31.0.67? Were they all compiled from source?
