I highly recommend *against* using anything as old as Red Hat Linux 7.3.
It has not been supported for years, and unless you're keeping an
existing installation of Red Hat 7.3 alive for some good reason, you'll
be much better off with a newer Linux.

Given that, you have two options:

1. The free Fedora 7 distribution, or
2. The non-free Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, or one of the free rebuilds
of it, such as CentOS 5 or Scientific Linux 5.

Which one you choose will depend on what your requirements for
stability, etc. are. I should note that Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 and
its rebuilds do *not* by default include PgAdmin3! And RHEL 5 ships with
PostgreSQL 8.1.9 -- if you want the latest PostgreSQL you'll want Fedora.
