Tom, finally I tried with only this option CC=icc, as there is an another error (error: Could not open %files file /home/postdev/BUILD/postgresql-8.1.1/debugfiles.list), I dont know where this debugfiles.list coming from. I prefered to stop for now , I'll will try later, so I have used gcc and it is fine !
