Re: postgresSQL data directory

Thanks Richard!  I finally got it work.   It was caused byethe PGDATA
environment variable.  I fixed it the .cshrc and reran initdd, then
everything's back to normal.

Yes, our current postgres is very old and I'm setting up 7.4.8 on
another box.
