Perl Module + postgres 7.0.2

I'm trying to get the perl to work with PgSQL as a client app, however when
I go to compile the Postgres 1.4 module,
It comes up with the error

I'm running perl 5.005 and postgres 7.0.2....any ideas?
Note...the postgres95 directory does not exist as I'm runing 7.0.2...does
this have any affect on it?
