You can download all of the RPMS from
ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/binary/v7.0.2/redhat-RPM/RPMS/redhat-6.x/
initdb is in /sbin or in /usr/sbin by the way and may not be in your
path...
so you may need to do a "su -" to su to root...
