I am confused. Where did you get LLVM 17 for RHEL 8? Latest RHEL 8 (8.9)
has CLANG 15 and LLVM 16, so actually similar question applies to CLANG
as well.

All of our packages are built against LLVM and CLANG 16 on RHEL 8.

That said, is this really a RHEL or some other clone?
