Roundup is a very nice, very capable issue tracking system. It's open source, written in Python, but is in need of migrating to a real database system. Currently it runs on BerkeleyDB, SQLite and there's a first port on MySQL. Somebody has already sent PostgreSQL patches (Elein, I think ?), but I'm sure it's the right moment to help before it gets too much MySQL-ism... ;-) The Roundup project is at: http://roundup.sourceforge.net/ and you can see it running with a more complete bug tracking schema at the Fresco project: http://issues.fresco.org/.
