This release builds upon the foundation of the hugely popular 3.0
release, with these new features:

* Swedish translation
* Support for new PostgreSQL 7.4 features:
    - GRANT OPTION
    - Pretty object printing (esp. Views)
    - Domain constraints
* Find Object
* Download, create a report from or create a view from any query
* Domains
* Add/drop members to/from groups
* Rename triggers
* Pop-Up SQL window
* Greatly improved resultset browser - numeric types aligned right
   booleans displayed TRUE/FALSE, etc.
* Can create unique (non-btree) and partial indexes
* Rename table, change table owner, comment on table
* Greatly improved XML dump with more column information
* HTML export
* Can now edit rows based on OID.  If there are duplicate OIDs,
   phpPgAdmin will not allow you to edit the row.
* Support non-cookie operation
