Hello, Everyone !
I try to initialize new directory for database cluster using initdb
"initdb -D d:/dbase" and its give message "cannot read file PG_VERSION
initdb failed", but file PG_VERSION exists in this directory. What I
have to do in order to avoid this ? Which way I have to initialize
enviroment variables, such as PG_DATA, PG_HOST, etc ?
