In trying to connect through dbExpress, I am not sure I have all the
proper params in the .conf files, especially lib names. When I try to
connect I get "DLL/Shared Library Name not Set." Borland supplied .conf
file entries for MySQL and InterBase; can you supply them for PGSQL?
