ODBC changes

Hi all,

I've committed changes to cvs for 7.2.0004.

Now the driver under Windows is thread safe by
default and maybe is available for connection
pooling.
The thread safe driver is also available on
some *nix platforms(maybe linux, Solaris ..)
thanks to Janet Borschowa. I changed configure.ac
to support thread safe driver but I'm not an
expert at all in this field. Please check and
improve it.

    ResultNumCols for keyset/static cursors(bug report from
    surrano@mailbox.hu).

    of SQLExtendedFetch is NULL per bug report from Janet Borschowa.
