Hi all,
There's a hang-up problem under high concurrency
environment in cygwin port. The attached is a
cygipc trial patch to fix it.
I'm not sure how it's effective or if it's bug-free.
The patch should be applied to sem.c(cygipc-1.10(09)).
Please try it if you have a problem.
