Very good memory :-) Then if ParseStatement option is off by default (I have nothing related to this in my odbcinst.ini) and even if I set this option to off in the odbcinst.ini it doesn't work, I already have the realname of the column. But no matter, I have found a workaround until the next version of libpsqlodbc. You certainly also remember that I was working on OpenLDAP/PostgreSQL so the workaround it's just an other patch to openLDAP that may also help with some other ODBC database driver...
