How to connect to remote Database??

This may be a dumb question, but how do I connect to a remote database
using pgaccess?

I have no trouble connecting to the local host but what command do I
need to type to connect to a remote host?
I am using pgaccess 0-98  and to connect to database test on localhost,
I type ./pgaccess test
