I only have one thing to say.  WTF?

Man, I really wish IT article authors would try and understand what
they're writing about.

First, he says PG will add a debugger for, specifically, Oracle
PL/SQL.  Then, in the bulleted list, it says specifically PL/pgSQL;
not the same thing.
