I meant the page here, found by going to the main page and clicking on
the "developer" link:

http://www.postgresql.org/developers

I just assumed it was a replacement for the old page, but I could be wrong.
If so, we should at least update the developer.postgresql.org page, as it
mentions that 8.0.0 is in beta and that Vince runs the website. :)
