Hi,

i've been idle for a while...  but this is what i did...

- the patch for solve a problem of lc_time in windows is being under
discussion now...

- i try to test the hot standby patch on windows but i get lost on
what is the last version
 and what is the relation with infrastucture changes for recovery...
