One thought, if this is a machine that's been upgraded from 10.4 to 10.5: in the past we've seen problems with old Xcode installations not being able to build code that works in a newer OS. Did you update Xcode when you updated? Even if you did, it might be best to remove and reinstall Xcode. regards, tom lane
