I seriously doubt that we'd take patches to run on non-mainstream OSes without a concomitant promise to support buildfarm animals running such OSes for the foreseeable future. Without that we don't know if the patches still work even a week after they're committed. We killed the above-mentioned OSes mainly for lack of any such animals, IIRC. regards, tom lane
