I quote:

PostgreSQL will be entitled to post news items at the following

* Registration Closing,
* Wrap-up."

The post announcing the keynote does not meet this.

Do you disagree with this policy?  In the interest of openness, we also
got a moderation request for an announcement about the PGDay.UK
conference which was also turned down for the same reason.  If we want
this approved, we should also consider the other one.
