Well, then you may not use --mirror/remote.xxx.mirror mode since that a) pushes all branches b) pushes new local branches c) forces updates. I guess in your setup you could set --mirror with remote.anongit.mirror so it only mirrors anongit but when pushing to ssh it doesnt...
