no such file euc2004... while initdb 9.0Beta

Hello,

I've tried to install the latest 9.0Beta (Fedora12, pgdg repository), but with
no success. "initdb" returns with an error described below.

Where should the file "euc2004..." with this function "euc..." come from ..?
