Similary, * There is a window beween writing COMMIT WAL in RecordTransactionCommit() and releasing locks in ResourceOwnerRelease() ... then what happens when GetRunningTransactionLocks() gathers ACCESS EXCLUSIVE locks whose holder has already writtenthe COMMIT WAL ?
