For comparison, "Show preview" and "Show > changes" on the whole Todo page take only a few seconds. I know editing the entire TODO page used to work. I actually did it once. I edited the page, copied the entire contents into the clipboard, pasted it into a local editor, did search/replace, pasted it back into the window, and saved it.
