Summary: Crashes with OTL 4.0.152

Initial Comment:
We are using the odbc driver with OTL V4.0.152. From time to time our
application is crashing with the following event description in the
Windows Event Viewer:

faulting module psqlodbc30a.dll, version 8.2.3.0, fault address 0x00015c1f.

The application seems to crash in the destructor of the connection.
