BUG #3405: plperl_elog - regression test fails

Details:

I think "pl/plperl/expected/plperl_elog.out" file has to be updated. (or
it's a problem on my side)
I notice this problem only with 8.2.x and not with 8.1.x. Did anybody notice
this bug?
