Don't forget "and not a.attisdropped" else you might get something
like

 table_schema | table_name |         column_name
--------------+------------+------------------------------
 public       | foo        | ........pg.dropped.2........
 public       | foo        | col1
 public       | foo        | col3
(3 rows)
