Yep, I see that now.  Please use only this:

freeze,all patches must be submitted for review and application</LI>     <LI>mid-May, 2007 - All patches applied, beta
testingbegins</LI>     <LI>July, 2007 - Release of 8.3.0</LI>
 

I am a little disturbed people feel free to make up dates with no
discussion.
