I had been meaning to look at DB2, and it gave me a quick summary. What I get from the article, though, is that DB2 is more modularized than PostgreSQL, however, it has concurrency issues. Is this true? Anybody allowed to comment on the peformance of small-sized (~1 million rows) databases? I'm not seeing a compelling reason to switch.
