Bring in the instradon metaend.
Still lots of work to be done on this.
xact.py doesn't do factory class (some abstract base classes just specifying the
expected interfaces)
dbapi2.py is far from complete
lo.py is mostly complete, but should probably allow specific overrides for
primitives instead of relying on function lookup(and thus lo_* function oids)
