Seems if there is someone local who can do it that would be best.  I
only suggested myself in case you couldn't find someone.

Also, I would be flying from Philadelphia to Denmark and back to
Philadelphia so it is more like adding the UK in that itinerary than
flying round-trip from Denmark.
