Re: SERIAL type - auto-increment grouped by other field

 You just need to define 'plpgsql' as a language in
 your database.  At the shell, to define the language use:

     createlang  'plpgsql' <dbname>;

 After you do the createlang, you can write functions
 using plpgsql.
