Various serverlog messages

I was looking through my serverlog and there are a few
items I have questions about:

pg_toast_16384_index: No such file or directory

Anything to worry about? What's the message about the
toast index mean - db corruption?

What are the recycled transaction log messages about?
Do I need to worry about ID's wrapping?
