Hi Chad,

Once you have initdbed, try psql -e template1 < myfile.sql

Should work fine if your new system is about the same version as the one the
dump is coming from. Not quite sure were the lines go here. It does not touch
other dbs on new / old machine, only those in the dump, very good.
