As of 5 minutes ago, libpqxx sports an initial cursors implementation.
Other minor improvements include naming of transaction, which should
eventually find its way into error reporting to make a debugger's life
a little easier; and a makefile switch to select between standard SQL
and the postgresql dialect.
A new test program has been added to demonstrate cursor operation.
Trust me, it's a doddle to use.
