need libs for pgperl for AIX 4.3.3

Dear list,

a few weeks ago I installed postgres V. 7.0.2 on my IBM RS/6000. Since I used a
precompiled package for AIX 4.3.3 downloaded from the AIX freeware Library at
"http://ftp.univie.ac.at/aix/", I am now missing two libs necessary to use perl
and tcl/tk with "createlang".

aside:
   To be true, I !did! try to compile from the whole source package in the
   first place  -- paying regard to everything mentioned in the installation
   documentation (GNU make, need this, need that etc.) --  but I constantly
   failed. "make" kicked me out for some reason relating to "postgres.imp".
   Anything runs nicely with the precompiled package, but I lack these two
   libs now, and I think I cannot compile them stand-alone, can I ?

Now,
for postgres, my /usr/local/lib says

which gives me "SQL","C" and "PL/SQL" from "select * from pg_language",
the latter being the only one of type "procedural".

I would be grateful if anybody could point me to a downloadable AIX-4.3.*
version of

libpgperl.a


(or even send me one). This is a PowerPC_604e based RS/6000 Mod 43P-233
running AIX 4.3.3.0 with the IBM C/C++-Set (4.0.2.1 / 3.1.4.0), perl
5.6.0 and postgres 7.0.2 installed.

Maybe you have other tips and hints. Thank you!
