Using the command line client psql what does:

show client_encoding ;
show server_encoding ;

return?

Also in psql what does:

\dt riopoderoso."Asp"*

return?


FYI, -n riopoderoso and the riopoderoso in 
'riopoderoso."AspNetRoleClaims"' are redundant.
