RE: JDBC charSet patch

It's been committed into the cvs repository. The easiest thing to do is to
use CVS. I can't remember if it was posted direct to me, or to the patches
list.

I heard there is a patch which can assign encoding other the database
default.  Can anyone tell me where to get it, or where can I get more
information.
