I install PostgreSQL 6.4.2 on RedHat 5.2 Linux. While compiling Perl
interface, I got the error messages:

cation time in the future
Makefile out-of-date with respect to
/usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux/5.00404/Config.pm
/usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux/5.00404/CORE/config.h
Cleaning current config before rebuilding Makefile...
