On make[3]: Entering directory `/opt/postgresql-6.4.2/src/interfaces/ecpg/preproc'
lex pgc.l
"pgc.l":line 53: Error: missing translation value
make[3]: *** [pgc.c] Error 1

Test Case:

Note the pgc.l file compiles correctly under red-hat 5.1 whereas
on Sorais gives the above error.
