Problem Description:

it's not possible to use 'exec sql fetch Cursor into :Var;'
any longer (it works with 'exec sql fetch in Cursor into :Var;')

Test Case:

delete 'in' in line 55 of file postgresql-6.4.2/src/interfaces/ecpg/test/test2.pgc
a use of 'ecpg test2.pgc' will show a 'parse error'
