PostgreSQL 6.3.2 was built for Windows
with MS VC++ 5.0 and is downloadable from
http://www.wipro.com/uwin/ported.html
It works under UWIN shell developed by
D. Korn with AT&T research.
Please let me know if there is any interest
in this port. We can probably add a new configure's
template/target.
