Description:

Sorry if I'm missing something, but I can not install from dnf - I've been
running PostgreSQL for over 15 years, installed on a similar setup 2 months
ago.  

SElinux permissive

pgdg15 repo listed
sudo dnf install postgresql15-server postgresql15-contrib
