BUG #17867: pg_dump intermittently hangs

Description:

Database demo contains 667 tables and around 30 GB of data.

pg_dump command : 
pg_dump host=server.postgres.database.azure.com -p 5432
username=admin1@server -w -F c -dbname=demo -v -f /root/out.dump
