Hi all,
I have installed postgresql under windows and are trying to write a
procedure in c++ that will start the postmaster exe using
CreateProcessAsUser. It starts and then fails with error:
"The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000142). Click on OK
to terminate the application."
I am at a lost here. Any ideas would tealy be helpful.
