Re: Syntax Issue in Trigger Function??

Cheers for that!  We did catch it eventually.  My colleague was using
pgAdminIII and was apparently typing:
v_ref := ''/'';
and pgAdminIII "appears" to have been "helping out" by escaping the
single quotes.
